Job summary

dnata Airport Services Pty. Limited is seeking a Passenger Service Delivery Agent at Adelaide International Airport.

The role involves delivering high-quality passenger service at check-in, assisting passengers including those needing special assistance, and supporting the gate team to ensure timely aircraft turnarounds. Shifts are predominantly 4 hours on a rotating 7-day roster and require strict adherence to safety and service standards.

Qualifications

• Proven customer service experience in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with passenger check-in and handling duties is preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing schedules.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high standard customer service for client airlines.
• Perform passenger check-in and related duties.
• Ensure paperwork and reporting are completed accurately and on time.
• Assist passengers, including those needing special assistance.
• Maintain safety and comply with OH&S policies.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to meet KPI targets.
