Job summary

Emirates Leisure Retail Australia New Zealand (ELRANZ) is seeking an experienced stores/inventory supervisor at Sydney International Airport to lead day‑to‑day stock control, ensure FIFO, and support venue operations. You will manage the Stores team, oversee monthly stocktakes, use Oracle Inventory Management, and work within food safety and operational standards.

Flexibility to work a Monday–Friday roster with varying early starts is required; travel discounts and employee programs are part of

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in inventory management or a related role.
• Proficiency in Oracle Inventory Management or similar is essential.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Port leaders to optimise stock control and reduce waste.
• Manage labour budgets through effective rostering and adherence to the Restaurant Industry Award.
• Oversee monthly stocktakes and ensure accurate record-keeping of inventory.
• Place orders based on sales trends and forecasted demand.
• Ensure FIFO stock rotation and safe delivery of goods to venues.
• Process invoices and manage inventory using the Oracle system.
• Lead and develop the stores team, ensuring high performance and compliance with training and safety standards.
