Job summary

Citrus Group is seeking an Airline Support Specialist to process hotel and ground transportation reservations and deliver professional, courteous service to airline staff. The role is fully on-site at a major Australian airline's office, with shifts Monday to Friday, including public holidays, alternating mornings and afternoons.

The position is casual with a rate of AU$40.84 per hour plus super and penalties.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of airline crew scheduling is advantageous.
• Experience with hotel and airline reservation systems or related functions preferred.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Ability to remain adaptable and build relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
• Overtime on weekends may be available.

Responsibilities

• Process hotel and ground transportation reservations with industry partners.
• Provide professional, courteous customer service to airline crew and address inquiries.
• Communicate airline operational changes to clients, hotels, and transportation partners to ensure coordination.
