Job summary

Compass Group Australia’s dedicated Airline Lounge team is seeking a Food and Beverage Attendant + Catering Assistant. The role supports front-of-house service, maintains high lounge presentation, and performs basic food prep while ensuring cleanliness and welcoming environments for travellers.

Casual, part-time and full-time shifts are available with a travel allowance. Candidates should be reliable, well-presented and able to work during peak travel times in a dynamic lounge setting.

The Position

• Support the front-of-house team in delivering seamless lounge service

The Person

• Personal transport preferred
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards
• Well-presented, punctual, reliable, and trustworthy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while staying calm and efficient during peak travel times
• Commitment to safety and compliance and understand the importance of secure airport operations
• Willing to go through a police check for an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC)
