Job summary

Airport Development Group is seeking a qualified Electrical Maintenance Supervisor - Airfield Ground Lighting to lead the maintenance of critical electrical infrastructure and airfield lighting at Alice Springs Airport.

You will oversee day-to-day maintenance delivery across electrical systems, manage contractors and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory obligations, while promoting a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Qualified electrical professional with strong technical expertise.
• Demonstrated leadership capability and safety commitment.
• Experience with electrical maintenance management and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate day-to-day maintenance across electrical infrastructure, focusing on AGL systems.
• Lead electrical contractors and maintenance teams to meet schedules and standards.
• Maintain accurate records, inspections and reporting; update procedures as needed.
• Manage after-hours on-call roster for critical assets and drive safety initiatives.
