Job summary

QantasLink is seeking a meticulous Technical Records Officer to support maintenance records accuracy and compliance. Based in Sydney, you will help ensure documentation is processed, reviewed, and stored in line with regulatory and operational requirements.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Maintenance, Planning, and operations to review technical docs, perform data entry, and support reporting activities for safe fleet operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical records, aviation records, maintenance administration, or a similar administrative role.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when reviewing and maintaining documentation.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate aircraft maintenance records and ensure all documentation is processed, reviewed, and stored per regulatory and operational requirements.
• Assist with the review and management of technical documentation, data entry, record updates, and reporting activities.
