Job summary

Global Vision Recruitment is seeking an experienced FIFO Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (LAME) to join our client in Bankstown, NSW. The role involves heavy and line maintenance on aircraft, with a balanced 20/20 FIFO roster and flights from the nearest capital city; accommodation and transport are provided.

You must hold a current LAME B1 or B2 license with a DHC8 classic type rating and be eligible to work in Australia.

Qualifications

• Experienced LAME B1 or B2 licensed.
• Heavy and line maintenance experience.
• Holds a DHC8 classic type rating.

Responsibilities

• Perform the duties of a Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer.
• Ensure maintenance, documentation and certification align with MOE and CAMO requirements.
• Maintain safety as a core value and participate in safety programs.
• Conduct shift/task handovers as required.
• Ensure Critical Maintenance Tasks are completed with control procedures before CRS.

FIFO Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (LAME)

Location: Bankstown

• Balanced fly in fly out roster of 20 days on 20 days off

Responsibilities:

• Perform the duties of a Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer.
• Ensure all aircraft maintenance, documentation and certification is carried out and completed in line with the MOE, procedures manuals and responsible CAMO requirements.
• Hold safety as a core value and contribute to the achievement of a zero harm and incident/injury free environment through active participation in all safety programs relevant to the position.
• Perform, implement and maintain any required shift / task handovers.
• Ensure Critical Maintenance Tasks are completed with applicable control procedure prior to issue of a CRS.

Qualifications:

• Experienced LAME B1 or B2 licensed.
• Heavy and line maintenance Experience.
• Hold a DHC8 classic type rating.

Eligibility: This role requires the successful applicant to hold full Australian working rights. Applicants may also need to meet International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) requirements.
