• Resolve customer queries, claims and invoice disputes with professionalism and urgency.
• Monitor supplier performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Apply customer SOPs and compliance requirements across all shipments.
• Identify opportunities to grow customer relationships and support business growth.
