Job summary

Delta Temp Climate Solutions on the Sunshine Coast is seeking a Sales Manager. Ideal candidates can leverage a hands-on A/C/building services background to sell, with coaching and a fast-tracked leadership path in a growing regional business.

You'll spend time on the road for site inspections, quotes, and relationship-building with homeowners and property managers, while using our in-house sales system to manage pipelines and close deals.

Qualifications

• Must have a trade background or hands-on A/C/building services experience.
• Air-conditioning sales experience highly regarded.
• Confident on the phone and face-to-face.
• Has a current driver’s licence and willingness to travel locally.
• Drive to build a career, not just clock hours.

You know A/C systems inside out. You're great with customers. But you're over crawling through roof spaces.

Delta Temp is hiring a Sales Manager, and we'd rather train a tech to sell than teach a salesperson A/C. If you've spent years installing or servicing air-conditioning, you already have the credibility homeowners trust. We'll teach you the rest.

Over the past year we've built our own sales software from the ground up, and this role sits at the centre of it. We keep the detail to ourselves because it's a real edge over our competitors, but here's a taste.

Proposals your customers can explore and accept online

Quotes you can talk in from the car instead of typing up at night

Follow-up that runs itself, so nothing goes cold while you're busy

Leads that arrive warm and ready to book

Coaching built in, so you get good at selling quickly, even if you've never sold before

This isn't a desk job. You'll spend plenty of time on the road doing site inspections, walking properties, scoping jobs, and quoting on the spot.

What you'll do:
