Job summary

Summit Electrical and Air Conditioning is expanding and seeking a skilled air conditioning installer to join our family‑owned team on the Sunshine Coast. You’ll be responsible for high‑quality installation across residential and light commercial sites, including split, ducted and VRF systems.

Qualifications

• Cert III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration, or Electrician with Cert II.
• Proven experience as split and ducted installer.
• VRF experience is a bonus.
• Valid driver’s licence.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Install air-conditioning systems across residential and light commercial sites.
• Perform high-quality installations with attention to standards.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving and teamwork during projects.
