Job summary

ASM Chilltech in Mascot, NSW, is seeking skilled Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Technicians to join our service team, delivering high-quality mechanical maintenance, repairs, and servicing across client facilities.

In this role, you will provide planned and reactive HVAC maintenance across a range of systems including heating, cooling, refrigeration, chilled water systems, and building management systems.

Qualifications

• Trade qualification in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (essential).
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Proven ability to diagnose and repair HVAC systems.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to respond quickly to changing service requirements.
• Current Driver’s Licence.
• White Card (Construction Induction Card).
• Working knowledge of building management systems desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver planned and reactive HVAC maintenance across client facilities.
• Assemble, install, test, and maintain heating, cooling, and refrigeration systems.
• Conduct fault finding, repairs, and upgrades across HVAC equipment.
• Inspect and maintain chilled water systems and refrigeration equipment.
• Ensure ventilation equipment and controls operate efficiently and continuously.
• Inspect and maintain building management systems where required.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical defects and system malfunctions.
• Complete service reports and work orders within required timeframes.
• Ensure all works comply with safety, environmental, and company standards.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and stakeholders.

The Role

ASM Chilltech is seeking skilled Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Technicians to join our growing service team, delivering high-quality mechanical maintenance, repairs, and servicing across client facilities.
