ASM Chilltech (BGIS Technical Services) is seeking skilled Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Technicians to join our growing service team, delivering planned and reactive HVAC maintenance across client facilities. You will assemble, install, test, and maintain heating, cooling, and refrigeration systems, diagnose faults, and ensure safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Trade qualification in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (essential).
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Proven ability to diagnose and repair HVAC systems.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to respond quickly to changing service requirements.
• Current Driver’s Licence.
• White Card (Construction Induction Card).
• Working knowledge of building management systems desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver planned and reactive HVAC maintenance across client facilities.
• Assemble, install, test, and maintain heating, cooling, and refrigeration systems.
• Conduct fault finding, repairs, and upgrades across HVAC equipment.
• Inspect and maintain chilled water systems and refrigeration equipment.
• Ensure ventilation equipment and controls operate efficiently and continuously.
• Inspect and maintain building management systems where required.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical defects and system malfunctions.
• Complete service reports and work orders within required timeframes.
• Ensure all works comply with safety, environmental, and company standards.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and stakeholders.

The Role

ASM Chilltech is seeking skilled Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Technicians to join our growing service team, delivering high-quality mechanical maintenance, repairs, and servicing across client facilities. In this role, you will provide planned and reactive HVAC maintenance across a range of systems including heating, cooling, refrigeration, chilled water systems, and building management systems. You will work as part of a collaborative building services team to ensure systems operate safely, efficiently, and in line with ASM Chilltech quality and compliance standards.
