Job summary

MCH Aviation Holding Australia is seeking a dynamic, hands-on professional to combine customer service, sales support and operational coordination within the airline cargo sector. You will support the commercial function while ensuring seamless day-to-day service delivery to customers and airline partners.

In this on-site Melbourne role, you will handle quotations, rate checks, bookings, documentation, and act as the liaison between customers, airline partners and ground handling agents.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, sales support, or logistics (2–4 years preferred).
• Experience in air cargo, freight forwarding, or airline environment is highly regarded.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
• Full working rights in Australia.
• Passionate about aviation, logistics, or international trade.
