Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a senior AI Builder/Strategist to bridge business strategy and AI execution. You will engage CXOs, shape AI vision, operating models and investment roadmaps, and lead transformation programs that scale AI across client organisations.

You will collaborate with clients, partners, and solution teams to turn AI opportunities into enterprise-wide value, balancing strategic advisory with practical delivery and governance.

Qualifications

• Proven AI strategy expertise across GenAI, AI governance, enterprise adoption and transformation programs.
• Extensive CXO engagement experience with executive workshops and stakeholder influence.
• Strong business case and value-realisation skills including ROI models and investment proposals.
• Experience developing AI roadmaps and transformation strategies from discovery to enterprise-scale.
• Knowledge of modern AI tech: LLMs, GenAI, AI Agents, RAG, Azure AI/OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Vertex AI.
• Dominant industry expertise in sectors such as Insurance, Mining, Financial Services, Retail, or Healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Engage CXOs to identify AI-driven business opportunities and articulate value.
• Lead AI strategy workshops, define roadmaps and governance models.
• Develop investment cases, ROI models and value-realisation frameworks.
• Craft end-to-end AI solutions mapped to Cognizant’s AI Builder strategy.
• Lead small delivery teams for PoCs and consulting assignments.
• Define go-to-market plans and contribute to thought leadership in AI.
