Job summary

Vocus is seeking an experienced executive to lead how AI creates business value and prioritises a portfolio of bets that reinvent work rather than merely automating it. You will partner with the Managing Director, Consumer and Chief AI Officer to shape credible value cases before execution.

The role requires senior leadership in strategy, transformation, and operations, with a track record of end-to-end process redesign and strong EBITDA-focused modelling.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership in strategy consulting, transformation or operations.
• End-to-end process redesign with measurable P&L outcomes.
• Strong commercial modelling and EBITDA skills.
• Practical fluency in generative and agentic AI.
• Credibility with ELT; influence-led leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own AI opportunity discovery across the organisation, combining bottom-up functional input with outside-in opportunities.
• Lead the prioritisation of AI opportunities based on value, feasibility and strategic alignment.
• Set the process and journey redesign standard, ensuring every AI solution challenges how work is done before automating it.
• Own the value-case methodology with Finance, ensuring every initiative starts with clear, agreed benefits and measures of success.
• Act as senior partner to ELT members and functional sponsors, leading discovery workshops and art-of-the-possible sessions.
• Lead and develop the AI Transformation team.
