Job summary

Ansarada is seeking a high-impact performance marketer to own global campaign execution across paid media, CRO, and marketing operations. You’ll work with the VP of Growth Marketing to acquire customers and grow eCommerce revenue using AI to accelerate strategy, testing and reporting.

You’ll combine expertise in Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and CRM tools with data-driven decision making to improve ROI while collaborating across marketing, sales and agency partners.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in performance or digital marketing.
• Hands-on knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (HubSpot and Salesforce).
• Strong analytical skills and SEO/CMS experience.

Responsibilities

• Own global campaign execution across paid media, CRO and marketing operations.
• Plan and optimise campaigns across search, video, social, display and email.
• Define KPIs, build reporting, and deliver performance recommendations.
