Job summary

Pitcher Partners in Melbourne seeks an AI Automation & Development Team Leader to drive AI prototypes, automation, and development across the firm. You will act as the Power Platform lead, delivering Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, and Dataverse solutions, and you will mentor a small multi-disciplinary team including analysts and contractors.

The role partners with the Director – IT Applications & Business Partner to align roadmaps, implement standards, and push automation

Qualifications

• Experience leading Microsoft Power Platform delivery from concept to production.
• Ability to translate business requirements into production solutions using programming languages.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and deploy AI solutions, including Copilot Studio agents and Azure AI services.
• Lead Power Platform implementation: Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and integrations.
• Develop roadmaps and set standards for code quality, DevOps/CI-CD, and code review.
• Provide team leadership, mentoring and coaching to developers and contractors.
