Job summary

Sharon AI is an Australian neocloud company delivering AI infrastructure to scale. We are expanding our portfolio planning and performance team to drive commercial, resource planning and performance across deployments.

You will work with Finance, Delivery, Engineering and executive leadership to turn complex data into actionable insights and enable sustainable growth. The ideal candidate brings 7+ years in portfolio/PMO roles, a finance/business degree, and strong forecasting, cost modelling and

Qualifications

7+ years in portfolio management, commercial or financial management, PMO or related areas.
Experience in resource planning, forecasting, financial reporting and performance management.
Strong financial modelling, project labour costing, and margin analysis.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain portfolio capacity plans and forecast resource demand across deployments.
Identify constraints early and support workforce and growth planning.
Develop deployment cost models, project baselines and labour costing models.
Create revenue, margin and profitability models and monitor commercial performance.
Measure deployment profitability, ROI and benefits realization across the portfolio.
Develop portfolio KPIs, dashboards and reporting across capacity, cost, revenue and value.
Partner with Finance, Delivery, Engineering, Operations and leadership on investment decisions.
Identify opportunities to improve portfolio financial outcomes and reporting processes.
Establish a reliable source of truth for portfolio planning, forecasting and performance.
