Job summary

Firmus Technologies is seeking an experienced AI Engineer to design, implement and maintain end-to-end MLOps and AIOps foundations for the Firmus AI Factory platform in Sydney. You will own the model registry, promotion lifecycles, and production monitoring, ensuring trustworthy, observable and scalable AI services.

Responsibilities include building automated evaluation gates, CI/CD integration, incident response playbooks and dashboards to track model performance and data drift across training

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a software-related field with 3+ years in MLOps or production ML delivery.
• Hands-on ownership of end-to-end ML pipelines from training to production.
• Experience with model versioning, promotion strategies and governance.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain end-to-end MLOps workflows supporting training, evaluation, registry, deployment, monitoring and retraining.
• Own the model registry and promotion lifecycle with clear approvals and environment separation.
• Define SLOs/SLIs and build production dashboards for model performance and data drift.
