Firmus Technologies is seeking an experienced AI Engineer to design, develop, implement and maintain the MLOps and AIOps foundations for Firmus AI Factory, our AI platform. The role focuses on end-to-end MLOps workflows, governance, and scalable, production-ready AI services, including RAG and agentic applications.

You will collaborate with engineers, data scientists and operations to ensure trustworthy, observable and maintainable AI features across training jobs, inference services and RAG

Qualifications

• Experience designing end-to-end MLOps workflows from training to production.
• Hands-on ownership of production ML delivery pipelines and governance.
• Strong understanding of model versioning, evaluation, and drift detection.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, implement, and maintain end-to-end MLOps workflows across dev/stage/production.
• Own the model registry and promotion lifecycle with MLflow, ensuring access control and rollback readiness.
• Establish reproducibility and lineage across the model lifecycle with versioned artefacts.
• Define automated model quality gates for production (accuracy, latency, cost, safety).
• Set SLOs/SLIs for AI features and implement production monitoring dashboards.
• Create on-call runbooks and drive postmortems to improve reliability.
