Binance Accelerator Program is a fixed-term, immersive experience for early career talent to explore Web3. You will work on AI agent design and live system integration, learning from senior engineers while building transferable skills.

Current students or recent graduates join for a minimum six-month tenure, with a focus on prompt engineering, RAG, and Python development. Remote-work options may apply depending on the team.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Artificial Intelligence or Computer Science or related field.
• Familiarity with LLM application development and prompt engineering.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph or similar frameworks.
• Strong Python programming foundations and willingness to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI agents integrated into live systems.
• Build and maintain benchmark datasets to evaluate AI performance.
• Design, prototype, and iterate AI agent workflows using LangChain/LangGraph frameworks.
• Collaborate with senior engineers on system design, integration and deployment.
