Job summary

Binance Accelerator Program invites early career talent to gain immersive experience in Web3. You will design and develop AI agents integrated into live systems, and learn what goes on behind the scenes of a leading blockchain ecosystem.

You'll collaborate with senior engineers on system design, build benchmark datasets, and prototype AI workflows using LangChain or LangGraph. The program emphasizes networking, learning, and transferable skills for your career.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Familiarity with LLM application development, including prompt engineering, RAG.
• Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph) is a strong plus.
• Strong programming fundamentals and Python experience.
• Interest in AI, data-driven systems, and building tools for real-world applications.
• Good communication and willingness to learn quickly; 6 months tenure, 5 days per week.
