Job summary

Binance Accelerator Program is a fixed-term, immersive experience for early career talent to explore Web3. You will work on AI agent design and live system integration, learning from senior engineers while building transferable skills.

Current students or recent graduates join for a minimum six-month tenure, with a focus on prompt engineering, RAG, and Python development. Remote-work options may apply depending on the team.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design and development of AI agents integrated into live systems.
• Help build and maintain benchmark datasets to evaluate AI performance.
• Design, prototype, and iterate AI agent workflows using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks.
• Collaborate closely with senior engineers on system design, integration, and deployment.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Familiarity with LLM application development, including prompt engineering, RAG. Knowledge of LLM fine‑tuning is a plus.
• Hands‑on experience with LLM frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph) is a strong plus.
• Strong programming fundamentals and experience with Python.
• Interest in AI, data‑driven systems, and building tools for real‑world applications.
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn quickly.
• Ability to commit at least for a 6 months tenure, 5 days per week.
