Job summary

Binance Accelerator Program (BAP) offers a 3-6 month internship for early career talent to gain hands-on experience in the digital assets space. You will train and evaluate LLMs, optimize AI agents, and build data annotation workflows while collaborating with research and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed degree in CS/AI/EE; PhD bonus.
• Solid understanding of ML and DL fundamentals.
• Familiarity with transformer-based LLMs and related tech.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training, fine-tuning, and evaluation of LLMs using datasets.
• Support AI agents' development including prompt engineering and tool integration.
• Design and manage data annotation pipelines with guidelines and QC.
• Collaborate with research and engineering to improve model performance.
• Conduct experiments, analyze data, document methods and findings.
• Explore new tools and best practices for LLM systems.
