TSL is seeking a Quality Manager to ensure high‑quality, compliant project delivery by implementing and maintaining quality management systems, processes and controls across all projects, from design through production.

Reporting to the Q‑EHS Director, you will partner with Project Teams and Site Management to embed quality requirements, support assurance activities, drive continuous improvement, and uphold ISO 9001 (and AS9100 where applicable) across our global client portfolio.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• Good understanding of Highspeed (Multigiga bit or RF) design requirements.
• Experience in Altium design tools (Schematics and PCB design tools).
• Strong understanding of quality control methodologies, tools, and techniques (e.g., SPC, MSA, FMEA, Control Plans, Root Cause Analysis, 8D).
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, PCB assembly drawing and technical specifications.
• Familiarity with relevant quality management system standards (e.g., ISO 9001). Knowledge of industry-specific standards (e.g. AS9100) is a significant advantage.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization and external stakeholders.
