Job summary

King Living is seeking a senior Creative Lead to helm the in‑house Creative Studio at the Design & Support Centre in Sydney. You’ll translate the Founder’s vision into campaigns, direct major shoots, and set the visual language across eight global markets while hands-on crafting with the team.

Reporting to the CMO, you’ll balance leadership with execution, push craft standards, and shape AI usage to lift quality and speed without compromising artistry.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in graphic design or art direction.
• 3+ years leading a creative team.
• Expert in Adobe Creative Suite and motion design.
• Working knowledge of Figma.
• Portfolio showing campaign-level thinking and aspirational brand craft.

Responsibilities

• Translate vision into deliverable across markets.
• Direct campaigns from concept to execution.
• Hold studio to King Living's craft standard.
• Own AI integration in the studio.
• Lead and develop Creative Studio team.
