Zusammenfassung

HCF is seeking an AI Governance Specialist to strengthen governance, risk and controls across the AI lifecycle. You will embed practical governance across business, technology and data teams and support the maturity of HCF’s Data and AI Governance capability.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in AI governance, risk, information security, and related disciplines, and can translate complex requirements into clear governance documentation and assurance evidence.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years’ experience in AI, data governance, IT risk and compliance, information security or a related discipline.
• Understanding of governance, risk management and information security controls.
• Experience translating findings into practical recommendations.

Aufgaben

• Support AI governance framework, policies, standards and guardrails.
• Conduct AI risk and control assessments and identify gaps.
• Partner with technology, data, application development and business teams to embed governance across the AI lifecycle.
• Translate technical requirements into governance documentation, control mappings and evidence.
