Job summary

XPT Software Australia is seeking an experienced Technical Lead to provide end-to-end technical leadership across AI, GenAI and full-stack engineering initiatives. You will guide design and implementation of AI agents, LLM solutions, RAG, semantic search and knowledge retrieval, while shaping patterns, standards and best practices across Python, .NET/C#, React and AWS.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership across AI/GenAI, Python, .NET, React, TypeScript and AWS.
• Define solution approaches, technical patterns, engineering standards and best practices.
• Design and lead implementation of AI agents, LLM solutions, RAG, semantic search and knowledge retrieval.
• Lead technical design reviews, code reviews and key technical decisions.
• Design scalable, resilient and secure AWS cloud architectures.
• Guide development of React/TypeScript frontends and Python/.NET backend services and APIs.
• Drive engineering practices including CI/CD, automated testing, DevSecOps, observability and infrastructure as code.
