You will optimise HR health and compliance, advise on IR/ER matters, and support a portfolio of 4–15 clients with proactive, high-quality guidance. This role emphasizes autonomy, remote collaboration, and strategic impact across diverse industries.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial relations and employee relations across multiple clients.
• Ability to resolve complex HR queries with sound judgement.
• Strong stakeholder management with C-suite exposure.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver strategic HR plans for a portfolio of clients (4–15).
• Lead HR advisory and compliance across client organizations.
• Pre-sales support to showcase HR expertise to prospects.
