Job summary

Experis Executive is seeking an AI Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing team focused on AI agents, generative AI, ML and intelligent automation. You will combine hands-on technical leadership with people leadership, shaping AI strategy and delivery while engaging senior stakeholders.

You will drive architecture, platform delivery and governance, ensuring scalable, secure and measurable AI outcomes in production environments.

Qualifications

Experience leading AI/ML engineering teams
Strong background in AI, software engineering and delivery
Excellent stakeholder management and communication
Hands-on technical leadership with focus on production AI solutions

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of AI and software engineers
