Officeworks is seeking an AI Enablement Manager in Chadstone, VIC to drive AI-enabled delivery and transformational change within Technology. You will partner with engineering and product teams to embed new ways of working and scalable governance frameworks.

You will coach leaders through operating model transformation, develop playbooks, and foster a culture of continuous learning while collaborating across Wesfarmers to scale AI enablement.

This is a highly influential role where you'll partner with technology leaders, engineers, and product teams to embed AI-enabled delivery practices, uplift capability, and establish scalable frameworks that drive lasting change.

• Extensive experience leading technology transformation, agile coaching, or operating model change.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Deep understanding of modern technology delivery and AI-enabled practices.
• Passion for helping people embrace new ways of working.
• Proven ability to drive enterprise-wide change in complex environments.
