Job summary

Flight Centre Travel Group is seeking a Travel Operations Specialist – Content to act as a SME for content distribution, load optimisation and related systems across the Global Supply team.

You will provide expert consultancy, handle escalations, and work with automation tools including RPA and chatbots to improve data accuracy and delivery of Air content for travel bookings globally.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years' travel industry experience.
• Experience working with GDS systems, including ticketing.
• Demonstrated problem solving and root cause identification skills.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle third level support escalations across channels.
• Identify trends and opportunities to streamline processes.
• Collaborate on automation and AI-driven content load improvements.
• Manage automation tools to maximise uptake across content ops.
• Stay current with AI and automation developments relevant to content load.
• Communicate business risks and opportunities to stakeholders.
• Develop knowledge articles with AI-assisted tooling for consistency.
