Mitti by SafetyCulture is hiring a Business Development Representative in Sydney. You’ll be among the first touchpoints for prospective customers, learning their business needs and showing how Mitti can help solve real challenges.

Training and mentorship from sales leaders will help you grow a career in technology sales. You’ll connect with prospects through calls and emails, qualify opportunities for Account Executives, and collaborate with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Curious and coachable with a desire to learn and grow.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Salesforce or other sales tools is a plus.
• Able to build rapport and relationships with new contacts.

Responsibilities

• Be an initial point of contact for prospective customers.
• Reach out via phone, email, and other channels to understand needs.
• Ask thoughtful questions and communicate Mitti's value clearly.
• Research target companies and decision-makers to tailor outreach.
• Qualify leads and create opportunities for Account Executives.
• Use Salesforce and Gong to manage outreach and pipeline.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to test ideas and improve messaging.
• Learn from coaching, call reviews and feedback to grow your skills.
