Job summary

Culture Amp is seeking a Chief People Officer to lead a global PX function, align talent strategy with business goals, and drive AI-enabled performance across four countries. The role blends internal leadership with external credibility, shaping people practices that customers and the market observe and rely on.

You would partner with executives, influence product strategy, and engage customers at events, while ensuring governance and responsible AI adoption across functions.

Qualifications

• Led a people function at scale in a global, multi-country business.
• Able to build teams that require less hands-on management over time.
• Strong judgement on organisation structure and senior talent.
• Proficient with AI governance, adoption and impact across functions.
• Experience presenting to HR leaders and at events; credibility matters.

Responsibilities

• Run the People Experience (PX) function with a focus on delivery across four countries.
• Be credible in the market and with customers, speaking at events and engaging with customers.
• Lead on AI, ensuring governance and adoption across the company.
• Influence product decisions and provide practitioner insight that informs product bets.
• Deploy commercially by joining customer calls and supporting Sales and Customer Experience.
