Job summary

Salesforce ANZ is seeking a high-performing Account Executive to own and deliver against a personal SMB/SMB territory sales quota, driving end-to-end cycles from prospecting to close and growth.

You will build trusted relationships with C-level and senior stakeholders, develop a deep understanding of customers' businesses, and articulate the value of Salesforce's CRM, AI and data platform to accelerate transformation across industries.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a B2B sales environment, ideally SaaS or tech.
• Track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong prospecting, pipeline development and territory management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to run an end-to-end sales process including discovery, negotiation and closing.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver against an individual sales quota across an assigned SMB territory.
• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting through to negotiation, close and account growth.
• Build strong relationships with C-level, executive and senior business stakeholders.
• Develop understanding of customers' businesses, industries and challenges to articulate value.
• Lead consultative discovery conversations and identify opportunities to expand Salesforce adoption across CRM, Data Cloud, Agentforce and AI capabilities.
