Job summary

Macquarie Technology Group is seeking a Product Delivery Lead in Sydney to own a portfolio of internal applications, spanning .NET, SaaS, and microservices. You will work in a small squad of engineers to design, prioritise and ship solutions that deliver measurable business value, leveraging AI tools to accelerate analysis and automation.

This hands-on role shapes roadmaps and drives continuous improvement across the portfolio.

Qualifications

5+ years' hands-on experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst.
Demonstrated Product Ownership experience: owning and prioritising a product backlog, shaping roadmaps and making value-based trade-off decisions within Agile delivery environments.
Practical, current use of AI tools such as Claude, Copilot or similar.
Experience working directly with software engineering teams throughout the SDLC, from concept through to implementation and ongoing improvement.
Technical fluency across custom software solutions, SaaS applications, APIs and modern technology platforms.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence outcomes across all levels of an organisation.
Experience balancing strategic initiatives with operational and BAU responsibilities across a product portfolio.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
