You will apply analytical thinking and a user‑centered approach to move from discovery and prototyping to practical implementation, enabling better risk management outcomes and operational improvements

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst within financial services, consulting, risk management or similar environments.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with ability to document future-state processes and requirements.
• Experience translating business needs into technology solutions with AI, automation, data analytics or workflow improvement.

Responsibilities

• Identify, shape and deliver AI‑enabled solutions that support business objectives.
• Coordinate requirements across business and technology teams and monitor governance, risk and compliance.
• Lead workshops and engage stakeholders to drive alignment and practical implementation.
