Qualifications

• Expertise improving delivery effectiveness across multiple teams or complex technology environments.
• Strong coaching and facilitation skills with a track record of developing Engineering Managers, Delivery Leads or Product Leaders.
• Experience leading and embedding significant delivery, agile or organisational change initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Coach technology leaders to strengthen delivery leadership capability.
• Help teams adopt and embed modern delivery practices and ways of working.
• Facilitate workshops, forums and conversations to create alignment and momentum.
• Support rollout of Netwealth's AI-enabled Product Development Lifecycle.
• Identify systemic delivery challenges and partner with leaders to solve them.
• Use data to drive continuous improvement and better outcomes.
