Job summary

Suncorp Group in Australia is seeking a Technology & Transformation professional to identify and deliver automation opportunities that improve business processes and customer outcomes. Working within a collaborative squad of developers, scrum masters and data scientists, you will manage one or two initiatives from discovery through to delivery.

You will partner with business teams to understand current processes, define requirements and create practical solution designs.

Qualifications

Experience in business analysis, process improvement or technology-enabled solution delivery.
Practical skills in process mapping, requirements gathering and solution documentation.
Knowledge of Agile delivery, project management and change management practices.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and recommend practical improvements.
Clear communication, presentation and workshop facilitation skills.
An organised approach to balancing priorities while working independently and within a squad.

Responsibilities

Identify automation opportunities by engaging process owners and analysing current business processes.
Gather requirements and translate them into clear functional documentation and process maps.
Create end-to-end automation solution designs that address business needs and risks.
Manage initiatives through discovery, analysis, testing, training and implementation.
Evaluate data to support recommendations, solution options and business cases.
Support change activities and manage stakeholder expectations throughout delivery.
