Job summary

RecordPoint in Sydney, Australia, is seeking a Principal Consultant - Records Management to shape how organisations govern information in the AI era. You sit where records management, enterprise SaaS delivery, and applied AI intersect, and you set the standard for all three.

This is a build-and-lead role in a fast-moving business. You’ll own the playbook, lead complex end-to-end delivery for regulated customers, define methodologies, and coach others to raise the craft across the RM practice.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in records management and information governance standards.
• Experience as trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
• Strong SaaS onboarding and implementation experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and configuration for complex, multi-stakeholder clients.
• Define methodologies and advisory frameworks for data inventory and retention.
• Design new solution patterns with Solutions & Architecture Specialist.
• Advise senior stakeholders and deputise for CSM in executive forums.
• Coach consultants on onboarding playbooks and governance artefacts.
• Improve onboarding time-to-first-value and drive continuous improvement.
