Job summary

Havas Media in Sydney seeks an Organic & AI Manager to lead AI visibility across a portfolio of enterprise clients. You will own strategy, delivery, and reporting for SEO and AI-driven initiatives, building GEO methodologies and maintaining an AI visibility platform.

You will report to the Organic & AI Director and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop market-first AI offerings and insights. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement in Sydney.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in SEO/organic.
• Demonstrable hands-on AI search work.
• Strong command of analytics and reporting.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Client Delivery: lead defined client book—strategy, roadmaps, execution and reporting.
• AI Visibility Leadership: own the department’s AI visibility practice and platform.
• Team Enablement: train the wider team on AI visibility delivery.
• New Business Support: support AI visibility pitches and proposals.
• Client Communication: build relationships and facilitate workshops.
• AI-Assisted Ways of Working: use AI tools and build automations.
• Industry Knowledge: stay ahead in AI search and contribute thought leadership.
