Job summary

Havas Media Australia is seeking an experienced Organic & AI Visibility Manager to own end‑to‑end client delivery for organic and AI visibility. You will lead strategy, build GEO methodologies, own our AI platform, and train the team to deliver across multiple accounts.

You will report to the Organic & AI Director and collaborate with senior leaders on pitches, briefs and market‑first AI offerings while staying ahead of evolving AI surfaces and industry developments.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in SEO/organic with hands-on AI search work.
• Ability to explain LLM retrieval and grounding to CMOs.
• Experience with an AI visibility platform is preferred.
• Strong GA4, Search Console and SEMrush skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead client strategy, roadmaps, execution and reporting across organic and AI visibility.
• Own AI visibility practice and platform setup, prompts tracking and templates.
• Train the team and enable delivery of both organic and AI work.
• Support senior stakeholders with AI landscape briefings and pitches.
• Communicate complex AI concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Create reusable automations for briefs, schema, audits and reporting.
