Reload Media in Sydney is seeking an SEO Specialist to own organic strategy for a portfolio of clients, covering technical, on-page, content, off-page and AI search. You will build strategies, execute, present results and defend your thinking in client meetings.

This hands-on, client-facing role sits in a multi-disciplinary pod with paid, content and media collaboration to drive real business outcomes. 1–2 years of SEO experience and a data-driven mindset are valued.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of hands-on SEO experience.
• Ability to build and execute SEO strategy.
• Comfortable presenting to clients.
• Turn data into actionable recommendations.
• Proactive and able to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Open to embracing AI tools in daily practice.
• No degree required; marketing mindset valued.

Responsibilities

• Own a client portfolio of 8–10 clients across industries and sizes.
• Build and execute SEO strategies tailored to each client’s industry and goals.
• Conduct keyword and gap analysis, technical audits, on-page optimization, content briefs, and off-page/link acquisition.
• Collaborate on AI search strategy and applications.
• Manage risk on migrations and critical projects to protect organic performance.
• Pull insights from GA4, Search Console, Semrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog; report in Looker Studio.
• Present strategies and results in client meetings and defend your recommendations.
