Qualifications

• Undergraduate or postgraduate in a technical field related to data science or AI.
• Strong interest and hands-on experience with AI for analytics and operations.
• Proficiency in Excel and data visualization; SQL/Python a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational data to generate insights and recommendations.
• Build and maintain dashboards to monitor KPIs for drivers and riders.
• Collaborate with Product, Data, and Marketing to align metrics and actions.
• Identify bottlenecks and apply AI to improve efficiency and accuracy.
