Qualifications

• Undergraduate or postgraduate with technical field in data/AI-related area.
• On-site Melbourne internship for five days a week, at least 6 months.
• Familiar with large language model (LLM) technologies.
• Hands-on AI experience to empower data analytics and process improvements.
• Strong interest in AI and data analytics and ability to interpret information.

Responsibilities

• Track, analyze, and interpret key operational metrics for drivers and riders.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs and trends.
• Collaborate with city operations to monitor local activations and supply-demand strategies.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive scalable improvements using AI/data insights.
• Collaborate with Product, Data, and Marketing to align goals and metrics.
