Qualifications

Undergraduate or postgraduate with degree in data science, ML, AI, software dev, CS or related field.
On-site Melbourne office for five days a week during internship (minimum 6 months).
Familiar with large language model (LLM) technologies.
Hands-on experience in AI to empower data analytics, reporting and business processes.

Responsibilities

Data analysis to track operational metrics for drivers and riders.
Build and maintain dashboards and KPI reports for reviews.
Monitor local activations and supply-demand strategies with cities teams.
Identify bottlenecks and drive AI-enabled efficiency improvements.
Collaborate with Product, Data, and Marketing to align on goals and definitions.
