Job summary

Constantinople is seeking an Operational Risk and Compliance Lead to steer risk controls for the Banking Cloud Platform and corporate environment. You will work with Product, Engineering, and compliance teams to design controls, monitor risk, and manage regulatory change across banking services.

You will coordinate governance activities, oversee third party due diligence, and drive assurance programs including SOC 2, while using AI tools to scale risk workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience in operational risk and compliance management concepts, frameworks and standards.
• Strong understanding of Australian banking regulatory landscape and prudential requirements desirable.
• Experience in design processes and/or software development is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess risks and obligations for new features and products in Constantinople Banking Cloud Platform.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to design and implement controls and monitoring activities.
• Drive action plans across platform teams and guide uplift activities.
