You will manage a CRM with disciplined pipeline hygiene and lead RFP/tender processes while expanding presence in the logistics tech community. This role requires a high-energy networker capable of handling complex deals.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in business development or new logo sales.
• Proven track record opening doors and closing deals.
• Active user of AI tools in sales workflow (prospecting, research, outreach, deal prep).

Responsibilities

• Own the full acquisition cycle from prospecting to close across ANZ.
• Build and manage a dual-track pipeline: smaller deals quickly, enterprise deals longer cycle.
• Lead RFP/tender processes with confidence and structure.
• Attend industry events and build presence to generate inbound interest.
