Constantinople is seeking a Lending Operations Analyst in Sydney to join our hybrid team. You will operate across the full loan lifecycle—from application triage to settlement and ongoing servicing—ensuring a seamless workflow and accurate, timely files for decisioning.

You’ll review documents against SOPs, liaise with brokers and clients, and own the post-settlement processes. The role emphasizes data-driven improvements and clear communication in a fast-paced banking environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Banking Operations or Loan Processing with high-volume admin support.
• Ability to follow SOPs and validate documents to be decision-ready.
• Strong communication for brokers/clients via live chat and email.
• Familiarity with loan origination or settlement processes is a plus.
• Comfortable with digital platforms and SOP-driven workflows.

Responsibilities

• Act as first-line quality control for incoming loan applications.
• Review applications against SOPs to identify missing information.
• Validate customer information and documents for decisioning.
• Coordinate with brokers and customers to gather outstanding requirements.
• Own the last mile to settlement and post-settlement operations.
• Provide real-time support via live chat and email.
• Identify friction points and feed improvements to Product and Engineering.
