Job summary

Infineon Australia is offering an internship in the MyHR team to explore Agentic AI on the ServiceNow platform. You will research, design, and prototype AI-powered HR solutions, working with a small team to transform HR processes and deliver working demos to business stakeholders.

You will engage with HR and IT stakeholders, learn ServiceNow capabilities, and contribute to governance and responsible AI practices while developing practical AI solutions for employee experience and service

Qualifications

Pursuing a degree in CS/AI/ML/SE/IS or related field.
Strong interest in AI, GenAI, Agentic AI and automation.
Basic programming knowledge in Python, JavaScript, Java, or similar.
Curiosity to learn new tech, platforms and business domains.
Analytical thinking and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

Research and evaluate Agentic AI capabilities for HR and services.
Design, build, test AI-powered agents and workflow solutions on ServiceNow.
Collaborate with HR, IT and stakeholders to identify automation opportunities.
Develop proof-of-concepts and demonstrations addressing HR challenges.
Analyze business requirements and translate to AI-driven designs.
Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
Learn and apply ServiceNow AI, workflow automation and employee experience modules.
